But in some cultures, the relatives of either side of families get the rings and arrange them on a pillow for the couple to exchange. Though the tradition varies depending on the part of the world where we live in, a wedding ring custom is widely accepted and is being done as a ritual.
The metals used in the making of the weddings rings also vary hugely. There are lot many choices from silver to gold to titanium. Titanium is most popular choice of the grooms for their rings because it symbolizes strength and power. It is also affordable and durable while metals like copper and silver are not great choices. Generally, the size of the ring of groom is larger than that of the bride’s. The most common choice for the ring of a bride is diamond studded on gold ring.
The wedding rings today come in many different designs, models, shapes and sizes. They are unique and even the initials can be embarked on the rings.
